Encina 29 – Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort

Welcome to Encina 29.

Our home has been furnished with care to offer you a stay characterized by comfort, tranquility, and refined simplicity. We trust that you will feel completely at home here.

To ensure the quality and serenity of Encina 29, we kindly ask you to observe the guidelines below.

Arrival & Registration

In accordance with Spanish law, every guest is required to complete the digital check-in fully before arrival.

Access information to the property will be provided once all required details have been correctly received. No access can be granted without full registration.

Peace & Respect

Encina 29 is located within Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort – an environment where peace and quality are paramount. We therefore ask you:

• Not to organize parties or gatherings

• Not to smoke indoors

• To respect the evening peace of the neighbors

Exclusivity also means mutual respect.

Occupancy & Guests

The property may only be used by the number of persons stated in the reservation.

Receiving additional guests is only permitted after prior written permission from Encina 29.

Subletting or transfer to third parties is not permitted.

During your stay

Personal service

Encina 29 works with a Dutch-speaking key holder who resides at the resort.

After confirmation of your reservation, you will receive contact details for any support during your stay.

Access to facilities

You will receive wristbands for access to the lagoon and the fitness facilities. In the event of loss or damage, a charge of €50 per wristband will be applied.

Comfort & sustainability

We request that you switch off the air conditioning or heating when you are absent.

Conscious energy use contributes to a sustainable and pleasant environment.

Points to note

• There is a dryer in the property. We advise using it carefully in accordance with the instructions to prevent overheating or damage to clothing.

• Close the parasol in windy conditions or when you are absent to prevent damage. • Upon departure from the bungalow, the parasol must be fully folded and removed from the base so that it can be safely stored.

Departure

Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.

Upon departure, we request that you:

• Leave the used dishes clean and put away

• Dispose of waste separately in the designated containers

• Leave the property neat and tidy

Additional charges may apply for late check-out.
